Everything on this page is invented for illustration and rendered by the same slate component and the same email template a license holder receives. No date here appears in the public record, and the label says so on every view. A real published day is not reproduced here because the slate itself is the licensed product; every figure that can be checked is on the results page, day by day.
The published slate
Positions publish in the morning, Eastern, by 10:15 AM ET. This is the Elite view for Dec 27, 2015. A Standard license receives the same singles and no card.

Which positions form the card, and whether a card publishes at all, is determined by the same fixed criteria; nothing about it is chosen by hand, and its size varies by day with the qualifying slate.
What each field means
- Date
- The game date the slate belongs to, in Eastern time. One publication per date.
- Side
- The team the criteria selected, on the alternate line shown.
- Opponent
- The other team in that game.
- Line
- The alternate point spread the position is graded at. The side covers when it wins or loses by fewer points than the line.
- Units
- One unit on every position, singles and card alike. A unit is a fixed fraction of the capital you set aside for this purpose. Where this site shows dollars, it is an illustration at a stated unit, never a recommendation.
- Published
- The server's timestamp at publication. It cannot be edited afterwards, and the ledger grades against what was published.
- Status
- Every position ends as covered, did not cover, or void. A void position is a game that was not played. The stake returns and the ledger records nothing for it.
- Parlay card
- Elite only. Legs marked with a dagger are singles that also form the day's card, and every leg must cover. A card publishes only on a day the slate produces one.
The email
Every publication also goes to the address on the account. This is the Elite message for the sample day, from the production template.

A quiet day
On some days the criteria are applied to the full slate and nothing qualifies. The system announces the day rather than staying silent, on the picks page and by email.

No positions
The criteria were applied to the full slate for Mar 19, 2016 and no game qualified.
Nothing publishes on a day like this, by design: the system covers every eligible game and only eligible games. Your picks history and the public ledger show the day exactly as it is, with nothing added.
A losing day
Losing days are part of the record, and a license holder sees them the same way. Three positions, every one beaten by more than its line, graded after the final scores.

The public ledger publishes the date and the day's units for every day of the season. Its season-to-date column continues from the real record, so it is left off an invented day.
Following the slate
- Arrival
- Positions arrive by 10:15 AM ET on publishing mornings, by email and on the picks page. If the slate data has not arrived by publication time, the system announces the delay. Nothing is added after the fact.
- Workload
- In 2025-26 the system published on 142 days and an average qualifying day held 12 positions. The busiest day is stated in the capital statement below. Every position is placed by you, at the book you use.
- Unit convention
- One unit on every position, every day. The record is built that way and the ledger reads that way.
- Line moves
- Every position is graded at the published line. If the book you use no longer offers that line, you take what is offered or you pass. A season followed in part is not comparable to the record.
Following the system takes real capital and real discipline. The record is built one way: one unit on every qualifying game, every day of the season, no breaks, no exceptions. The system has required as many as 66 units of exposure in a single day. Sizing assumes a unit is a small fixed fraction of capital dedicated to this purpose, on the order of 0.25 to 0.5 percent. If a 66-unit day is more than you can hold to without deviating, this license is not for you.
Worst season drawdown across all ten seasons: -28.2 units. Worst single day: -9.5 units.
Longest run of consecutive losing days across all ten seasons: 10 (2018-19) on the combined record, 7 (2016-17) on the singles alone. In 2025-26, 61 of 142 graded days finished negative on the combined record, 45 on the singles alone.
