Terms of Service

QuantSight publishes statistical research on Division I men's college basketball: a public results record, a documented methodology, and, for license holders, the daily output of fixed selection criteria. It is not gambling advice, financial advice, or investment advice, and nothing on this site instructs anyone to place a bet.

We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or process wagers, and we hold no funds for wagering. What you do with the research is your decision and your responsibility.

You must be at least 21 years old to hold an account or purchase a license. You are responsible for knowing whether sports wagering is lawful where you live; several states restrict or prohibit wagering on college basketball. Reading the research is not placing a bet. What you do with it is governed by your state's laws, not by these terms.

A license runs for one year from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically. We email you 30 days before it ends, and again once it has ended. A renewal purchased while a license is active adds its year to the end of the current term, so no purchased day is lost. If a renewal purchase is refunded inside its window, your current license continues to its original end date. Picks are published during the college basketball season, from the first slates in November through the national championship in early April. A license bought mid-season carries into the following season until its year is up. It is personal to you: one license, one account, one person. It may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Published picks, and any list or feed built from them, are licensed for your personal use only. Redistributing them, in any form, at any scale, ends the license without refund. Your own record of what you did with them is yours.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for everything that happens under your account.

A license is refundable in full until the first pick is delivered to your account or 14 days after purchase, whichever comes first. After that, the sale is final. If you buy between seasons, the 14 days count from the next season's first slate instead of from purchase. A refund returns money to the original payment method, never credit. The cutoff exists because a delivered pick cannot be returned. During the season, the day's slate publishes by 10:15 AM ET. Buy after that and the slate is delivered when you pay, which closes the refund window at purchase. Buy before it and the window closes that morning if a pick is delivered.

Refund requests go to support@quantsightanalytics.com from the address on the account. Delivery is timestamped the moment a pick becomes available to your account, and that timestamp decides which side of the cutoff a request falls on.

Upgrading a Standard license to Elite converts its unused time into additional Elite days. From that moment the original Standard purchase is no longer refundable, because its remaining value has moved into the Elite license. The upgrade purchase itself follows the refund policy above as a purchase of its own. If the upgrade purchase is refunded inside its window, the Standard days that were converted go back to a Standard license with its original end date; the Standard purchase itself stays non-refundable. If a refund or chargeback is processed on the converted Standard purchase anyway, the converted days are removed from the Elite license.

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer. A genuine billing error gets corrected promptly, and a purchase inside the refund window gets refunded on request, which leaves nothing to dispute. When a chargeback is filed on a purchase outside the refund terms, we respond with the account's timestamped delivery records, and we may suspend license access while the dispute is open.

Every performance figure this site publishes is recomputed by us from raw game data before it appears, and the record includes every losing day the rules produced. No outside auditor has verified the record. None of that is a promise about the future. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Losing days, losing stretches, and drawdowns are normal operation. We do not guarantee any outcome, any win rate, the presence of qualifying games on any given day, or the accuracy of third-party data the criteria consume.

No other warranty. The service is provided as it is. Beyond what these terms state, we make no warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and no warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The site, the published record as compiled, the methodology descriptions, the published picks, and the fixed statistical criteria behind them are the property of QuantSight Analytics LLC. The criteria themselves are a trade secret and are not part of what a license conveys: a license delivers the output, never the mechanism.

Publication is daily during the season. A day when no game qualifies is stated as a no-play day, never silence. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled maintenance is kept clear of publication windows.

To the fullest extent Connecticut law permits, QuantSight Analytics LLC is not liable for wagering losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the license fee you paid for the license term in which the claim arose.

These limits apply as far as your state's law allows. They do not limit liability for fraud or for harm we cause on purpose. If you live in New Jersey, the limits in sections 6 and 9 apply to you to the full extent New Jersey law permits, and any part New Jersey law does not permit is removed for you while the rest stays.

We may end a license for breach of these terms, redistribution above all, and a license ended for breach is not refunded. You may close your account at any time; closing an account while the refund window is open is treated as a refund request.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the version. Material changes are emailed to active license holders before they take effect, and continued use after that is acceptance. A change that reduces what your current license delivers does not apply to that license until it ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Connecticut, except that you may bring a claim in small claims court where you live.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is narrowed or removed as far as needed and the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
