Performance record

Delivery record

Each publishing morning, the slate is due by 10:15 AM ET, and every position on it goes out before its game's scheduled tip. This page checks both for every publishing day and lists each day that missed either one.

The times come from our own database clock, the one that also times the slate fingerprints. The outside check is the pick email a license holder receives: the email provider records when it arrived, on a clock we do not control.

The record

No slate has been published yet. The record starts with the first slate of the 2026-27 season, which tips on November 2, 2026.

How each day is measured

On time. The publication time is the one recorded with the slate's fingerprint, in the same database step that publishes the slate. A day is on time when that time, read to the minute, is 10:15 AM ET or earlier.

Before the first tip. Every position on the slate was published before its game's scheduled tip. A game that tips before the slate goes out is left off it by rule, so a late slate carries only games still to come. This page shows only the answer for each day, never a tip time or a position: the slate itself is for license holders.

A day that did not go out. A publication announced as delayed that never went out counts as a no on both measures. It stays on this page and is never backfilled. A second clock, separate from the one that publishes, checks each publishing morning after the deadline, so a publication that never started is announced and counted too.

A day with nothing to publish. When no game qualifies, no slate is published, so the day is not counted here. The results page counts those days.
